I’m sorry the app didn’t work for you. If you have a singular problem that I can help with or fix, please contact me so I can fix the issue for everyone.
Otherwise, how you refund your purchase depends upon the store you purchased from. Only Google Play allows me to see orders and refund them. All other stores keep that data secret, so you’ll need to ask the store for the refund.
Google Play
If you purchased on Google Play and it has been less than 48 hours, you can request a refund directly from Google Play. If it has been more than 48 hours and less than 90 days, contact me with your purchasing email address and I can refund your purchase.
Amazon
If you purchased on Amazon, their policy states:
Apps and In-App Products purchased from the Amazon Appstore may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your order. To request a refund, visit Your Orders and select Return for Refund next to that order. If you do not see a Return for Refund button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order.
If the above does not work, you’ll need to contact Amazon support to pursue a refund. They do not provide developers any insight or control into their orders and payment system, so I have no ability to refund Amazon app purchases myself.
Apple App Store
There are two possible purchases on the Apple App Store, a “Lifetime” in app purchase or a yearly subscription. You’ll need to initiate the refund process as appropriate, as I have no ability to see or manage your order.
- To refund the Lifetime In App Purchase, you’ll need to request a refund from Apple.
- To cancel your Yearly subscription or trial, follow these instructions to cancel the subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
You may also be able to access these screens by entering the app settings in PixFolio and then selecting Help. If it has been within 7 days of your purchase, you should see a choice for managing or refunding your purchase.
