Are you not seeing all of your Google Photos in Pixfolio?
Here are common reasons why photos cannot be selected for Pixfolio.
- Ensure your photos are uploaded to the Google Photos website
First, check https://photos.google.com and verify your photos are on the website for your account.
If the photos are on your phone, the Google Photos app needs time to upload the photos. The website then needs time to index the photos before they show under the year. The photos must be on the online Google Photos website for Pixfolio to see the photos.
- Allow time for Google to index photos
Google’s photo search does not know about new photos right away. Google needs time to index them. That can sometimes take seconds and it can sometimes take hours. You can use the search field at https://photos.google.com to see if your photos are indexed or not.
- You cannot select shared photos
Google will only allow you to select photos that you own and are not shared. The only way around this limitation is to download the photos and upload them to albums that you own and are not shared.
