You pay for my apps using Google Play or Amazon, depending on the app store you used to install the app.
The most common issue is a declined form of payment, so please first verify your payment method on Google Play or verify your payment method on Amazon, whichever applies.
If that does not help, you may want to check the Google Play help pages on purchasing or the Amazon help pages on payment issues.
If you’re unable to make your app store accept payment, the purchase of the app on Google Play or Amazon will unlock the app on the other (this is not true for the Apple App Store). So if one will not accept payment, you can install and purchase from the other if you have a compatible device.
If none of the above has helped, you can purchase the app directly from me.
To purchase, you must send me the license code from your app so I can manually apply your purchase. Go to the app’s settings > help screen and locate the license code and send it to [email protected]. You can send a screenshot or photo of it, since it is very long.
